Tammy Shpall is one of the creators of the onboarding program and is in her sixth year as a new teacher mentor at de Toledo High School in West Hills, California. At dTHS, Tammy also serves as the ninth grade dean, dean of student support services, and US history and world history teacher. She received her BA in anthropology from UC Santa Barbara, and her teaching credential from the UCLA. In 2016, Tammy received the Milken Jewish Educator Award.
