Amy Adler is Director of Catalyzing Resources at Prizmah where she consults with day schools in the areas of Admissions, Marketing, Development, and Tuition Assistance. After enrolling her eldest son in a Jewish day school, she was inspired by the mission and rich educational experience that day schools give children, and she decided to leave her corporate career of 10 years in sales, marketing, and branding. Amy spent eight years working at The Jewish Day School of Metropolitan Seattle, where she held positions as the Director of Admissions and Tuition Assistance, and the Director of Development. Amy has a BA in Communication and Public Relations. She and her husband live in Dallas, Texas, and all three of their children are enrolled in Jewish day school.

Chuck English helps schools uncover what makes them one of a kind and leverage that insight to drive meaningful outcomes through branding, marketing, communications and creative initiatives. He has worked with dozens of Jewish day schools and independent schools in the US and Canada and has presented at numerous conferences and workshops. Chuck has also written a number of e-books and journal articles on school marketing.


Debby Murphy is director of education and learning at AISAP. She has served as an independent school administrator for 26 years in several school roles such as senior associate dean of admission, director of alumni engagement, and assistant head for advancement and enrollment. She has visited hundreds of public, private, and independent schools and met with thousands of applicants throughout the country.

Given Debby’s passion for advancing independent schools, she has thoroughly enjoyed playing a pivotal role on AISAP’s Consultancy Services team. She also oversees and designs online education and learning initiatives to advance and support admission and enrollment management professionals on their professional journeys.
