Day School Investor Summit 2022

Gather, dream, and learn together.
Leave inspired and empowered to take action.
Ensure a strong Jewish future with vibrant Jewish day schools.

Three years ago, the first Day School Investor Summit successfully brought together philanthropists, foundations, and community leaders to build connections, learn together, and to generate new opportunities for day school investment.

Today’s funders have a new desire to understand national patterns and trends, and to move the entire field forward in order to better advance their local schools. This thoughtfully designed two-day gathering for an audience of 100+ investors will amplify the conversation focused on solving the critical issues facing day schools and the partnerships that are necessary to advance success.

Join co-chairs Sarena Koschitzky and Ann Pava for this exclusive invitation only event.

Collaborate with other funders on actionable ideas designed to help propel day schools towards a stronger, uplifted future. Strengthen your connections with other day school investors. Recharge your passion for your school, your communities, and the day school field.

We take the health and safety of our community very seriously and have developed comprehensive Covid protocols in partnership with medical advisors and following CDC guidance. Vaccination and boosters are required for all participants, staff and speakers. Capacity is limited. Scroll down to the FAQs for more information about our Covid precautions.

The Investor Summit is a non-solicitation event.

Funding for this gathering has been generously provided by Jim Joseph Foundation and Crown Family Philanthropies.

Program Overview

Our time together will begin with registration and a light reception at 2:00 PM, and the program will start at 3:00 PM on Sunday, May 15, and will conclude at 4:00 PM on Monday, May 16.

We are proud to highlight these featured speakers

  • William Foster is the Managing Partner of Bridgespan Consulting and President of the Gann Academy Board of Trustees. Foster has supported the success of some of the sector’s most innovative philanthropies (e.g., Blue Meridian Partners, Co-Impact, TED Audacious) and some of the highest impact nonprofits (e.g., Youth Villages and Anti-Defamation League). He has a particular focus on the diligence, structuring, and supports required for philanthropic “big bets” and strong funding models for nonprofits.
  • Sarah Prevette is the CEO and Sandra Nagy is the Managing Director of Future Design School. Prevette and Nagy are sought-after entrepreneurs and educators who will leverage their expertise in strategy development, user-centered design and change management to facilitate our collaborative program with investors and heads of school, focused on accelerating the impact of Jewish day schools.

Additional Highlights

  • Funder Panel featuring philanthropists exploring their own “big bets”.

We will continue to review safety factors as needed. Decisions will be made in consultation with Prizmah’s medical advisors and current guidance from health authorities. If you feel sick, we ask that you stay home. If you develop any signs of illness while at the summit, you will be asked to isolate yourself from other summit participants.
