Does Blended Learning Lower Expenses?

2017 research funded by the AVI CHAI Foundation conducted by Dr. Harry Bloom of Measuring Success that reviews the financial impact of 4 schools who received funding and support from the AVI CHAI  Foundation to implement blended learning in their schools with the hopes of reducing costs. The 4 schools involved in the project did not achieve a higher student teacher ratio and or reduction in costs due to the project.
