Jennifer is the head of the Ramaz middle school, where she has worked for 22 years as a teacher, department head, and director of several major cross-divisional initiatives. She devotes her attention to reimagining and restructuring the middle school by pursuing more targeted professional development, increasing chesed opportunities for students, and embracing the Whole Child educational philosophy, which fosters each child's social, emotional, spiritual and academic wellbeing.
