This one-day in-person program is an opportunity for Orthodox women in leadership from Jewish day schools and yeshivas across North America to gather together to connect with and learn from the diverse experiences of peers, and forge valuable new relationships.
Grow, learn, and shape the future of Jewish education together.

The Program

Learn from the challenges and triumphs of others, gaining perspective and resilience.
Foster a sense of community and solidarity among Orthodox female leaders, creating a supportive environment for personal and professional growth.
Build a network of contacts that can provide support, mentorship, and collaboration opportunities.

Leverage the knowledge and experience of your peers to share leadership tips and skills. Be seen, feel heard, and know that your presence matters. Learn leading practices for navigating common sticky situations in Jewish day school and yeshiva leadership.
