Susan’s executive leadership began in 2006 where she served as Chief Development Officer at Allied Jewish Federation of Colorado. While here, she generated $13M from 6.2K donors. From 2011 to 2013, she was President and CEO at the Jewish Federation of Greater Dallas where she laid the groundwork for an entirely new fundraising approach geared to 21st century donors and built a Women’s Philanthropy Center from the ground up. Following her tenure there, she served as the Director of External Relationships for Momentum, where she increased overall donations by $1.4M and led dozens of large-scale events in major cities.

Susan Kramer holds a Masters in Nonprofit Management from Regis University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and is a certified Competent Toastmaster. She is a regularly sought after speaker and industry leader who loves hearing first, second, and third-hand accounts about how her methodology is being discussed and applied.
