1:1 Board Chair Coaching and Consultation
A Prizmah coach will consult with your board chair or lead board member on a regular basis to provide guidance and create a space to access knowledge, connect with the resources they need, work through key decisions, and reflect on best practices for independent school governance. Board chairs often encounter difficult situations and coaching facilitates a space to work through those challenges in a way that is constructive and ultimately enhances the board’s capacity to lead. Opportunities are for weekly, bi-weekly or monthly engagements.

This partnership is crucial to both successful school governance and a thriving school.
